yeah, true! She's actually quite cute. . but that picture makes her look like Alien Doggie! I haven't seen the "Ugliest Dog in the World". .but i'd like to!!!
Yeah, a contest sounds fun! The winner gets. . . accolades and even kudos, from the handful of people who read this blog!!! LOL!!! *whoever came up with the word 'kudo'?* ever wonder??
Hi Sadiq! Thanx for visiting! My blog isn't beautiful like yours, but it has its rare reflective/spiritual moments!
Glad you like "Maggie"! Who is a bichon/poodle cross. She's a bit 'funny', not too friendly with strangers or other dogs. we got her through the Humane Society.. . her family didn't want her anymore. She did arrive with some 'baggage'. . she hadn't been treated well, was very unkempt, didn't know how to play, was afraid of men and was afraid whenever we got out the broom to sweep the floor. . we think that maybe they hit her with the broom? But she's now so affectionate with us and we take her for car rides, walks, and give her doggie treats and take good care of her. She's such a 'lap dog'. .very cuddly.
Hey I can recognize a bichon (at least partially) anywhere! We used to have one named Cricket, but after about 16 years, we had to put her to sleep this summer. She wasn't doing well AT ALL! But I'm glad to hear that yours is warming up to you. Does she like to eat cheese? :-)
hey, Holly! thanx for stopping by!! Yes, Maggie loves to eat cheese. This really is a bad picture of her. . she's such a cutie. We think that the poodle part of her might have been apricot. . she has that colouration on her back. So sorry to hear about your little Cricket. . 16 years - a person gets so attached in that time. . I bet she was a cutie?! My inlaws had a yorkie named Cricket!!! He's long gone - they're all cute. . dogs are the best!

Hee hee... At least she doesn't look like that "Ugliest Dog in the World". Ever seen him? He just died recently. My God, that dog was freaky.
Love the expression on her face. You should have a contest for the best caption of what she's thinking/saying.
