I felt like looking at some pictures, so i had a look through Picasa to see what we had on there. I don't have the dance pictures on the computer yet!!! pathetic, i know. . but I will.
I kind of like to protect my family's anonymity. . so this picture was perfect. I know, i know. . i have my profile picture - but its so small its almost inconsequential!
We love it when the grandkiddies come to visit!!! They're so cute and fun. . this picture is already 5 months old - so they've even changed sine then. . esp. the length of Erica's hair!
This is a lovely nearby park, to which we used to bring our girls when they were little. . wow, do we feel old!!! Do you like seeing the green grass right about now?!!!

ooh so cute! I love parks... have to admit, have a real fascination with a nice park. Could name a few of my favs... Peoples Park (Ballymena, my 'local'), One Tree Hill (Auckland, New Zealand), The Meadows (Edinburgh, Scotland) and Hamilton Lake (Hamilton, New Zealand). So beautiful. And i hope in the years to come, I can add many more to this list!
yeah, they are a couple of cuties!
Parks are beautiful. . i agree!
I'd love to see pictures of those parks, Emma! *you great photographer!*
Linds. . what a great time you guys have when you go to the park! Its such a great place to take the kids. Yes, Eri's hair is really long now!!!
Maybe I'm a moron, but I had no idea you had grandkids! You look so young in your pic. I would have guessed they were your children. From what I can see, they're beautiful :)
I do talk about the grandbabies occasionally in the posts. . am thinking of doing a "Meet James and Erica" post. . I did one a while ago about Rob. . I will also do one about our daughters too. My daughter, Lindsay, posts comments on my blog. . so if you wanted to check out her blog, i think you'd be amused. She's got a great writing style, which I love.
you're cute. . most people who see us out with the kids think that we're their parents. Never fails! We are young grandparents that's for sure! All the better to enjoy their company. . little cuties!!!
Must be so much fun getting to hang out with the grandkids and be mistook for the parents! How cool.
Kat, I'll see what I can dig out on the 'park pictures' front for ya!
Emma. . its so amusing the way people react! I got to pick Jimmy up from school yesterday! As soon as we got back here he was putting in his snack and drink 'order' and choosing his entertainment!! (train DVD) then Linds brought Eri over to pick him up and they stayed for a bit and we had FUN! esp when "Opa"/Rob got home! Then it was piggy back rides and hide and seek and 'throw me on the couch' and Eri was into my candy jar. . the little monkey!
I'll check your blog for those park pictures!! You take such wonderful pictures!
that's so cute!!! He's so inquisitive. I bet he got a kick out of hearing the words "King James"!!!
Good picture.
Rob looks super young... you guys are too young to be grand parents!! I think you're making the whole thing up.. :)
lol! I'll tell that to Rob, it'll make his day!!! heh heh. .
